Tony Saunders

Biography: Tony Saunders.

Tony was born and brought up in London and trained as an engineer. After a spell in the army, he worked for several multinational engineering companies, before setting up his own successful engineering related business.

Now retired and living in a small Dorset village near the beautiful Jurassic coast with his wife and Lottie the dog, he has the time to write and spend a few hours in his pottery studio where he likes to makes useful and decorative stoneware pieces.

Always a sci-fi fan, Tony wrote and published his first sci-fi novel, “Tribe Earth,” in 2018. His short story, "The Orrappa: An alien species," which was really the prequel to, "Tribe Earth," was published later." Now both books meld seamlessly together.

In January, 2020, Tony published, "Mixed Species," the third book in the Tribe Earth Series which continues the adventures of the crew of the interstellar starship, the JJ Grant, as they continue to explore the Milky Way. There are of course more books in the series to come.

Always an optimist, Tony's books are exciting yet have a feel-good factor about them.
