Bully Pulpit Press was created by Elizabeth Gall. Elizabeth is a physician living in Pennsylvania with her husband, David, and the two heads of the household, Liberty and Justice. When not catering to the mastiffs' every whim or cleaning drool off the couches and walls, Elizabeth and David spend their time volunteering for several animal welfare organizations.
