Ed Minnock

Ed’s books draw upon his experience working at eight companies, including six tech companies, and consulting for several industry-leading companies.

Ed led teams that helped three startups grow rapidly. One was the 3rd fastest-growing U.S. company. He also led teams that turned around two businesses at Hewlett-Packard (HP). He has over twenty-five years of management experience, including vice president and general manager at HP, where he was responsible for two businesses with combined revenue of nearly one billion dollars.

As a consultant, Ed has helped several companies improve product development and team problem solving including: Intel, Texas Instruments, Bombardier Aerospace, Kongsberg Automotive (Sweden, Norway), and Fisher and Paykel (New Zealand), among many others.

Ed earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research / Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Ed mentors startups and teaches courses and guest lectures at Colorado State University.
