Hello, I assisted with the rewrite of The International Government -Training Reforms for the Beauty Industry 1993 to 2014. I have worked in the pathways of Reiki, Hands-on-healing, Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Aromatherapy since 1950s. Owner managed beauty salons and academies for over 50 years. I am passionate about assisting folk like you with their academic pathways, energy healing, using essential oils for smell therapy and perfumes. The beauty industry is not just about making people clean and tidy, waxing and makeup. It is much more than that. When placing eyelashes or eyebrows on burn victims and clients with alopecia it is heartwarming. Tattooing nipples on cancer victims is an unexplainable feeling. Teaching people energy work and mindfulness is soul-warming. Learning reiki and chakra balancing is life changing. To teach folks to feel marvelously alive - after a traumatic childhood is a blessing for them and a blissful soul reward for me. Although I am not talented enough to write a novel, I think about my training manual procedures very carefully. I ask myself, if I was doing this for the first time, what would I need to know? The more questions I receive via email from readers the better my manuals become. I ask myself why did they not understand that explanation. Then I rewrite that section.
