James Roncevich

James Roncevich (JR) is one of the most thought-provoking leaders in our complex, fast-paced world.

He has more than 20 years of kick-ass, holistic (vs. serial-myopic) leadership experience in the business world; including 17 within Global 500 organizations.

JR’s a key Strategist and Organizational “Architect” who’s built and led world-class organizations to new performance records in Services, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

He founded his own management consulting firm and then brought his talents to International Performance Group (IPG) where he is President. A new Organizational Social Impact model was born.

He earned an MBA from The Ohio State University in the evening executive program while working full-time, and a BBA with a dual major in Computer Science and Accounting from Kent State University. He’s earned multiple professional designations including: ChFC® and CLU® from The American College of Financial Services® and CMFC® from The College for Financial Planning® while working in the Financial Services industry.

He's blessed to be the father of three children, has lived in multiple progressive cities and has been humbled to learn from numerous, exceptional leaders; who are simply amazing professionals and socially-conscious change catalysts.
