Michael Carter

I am a dynamic lead pastor, certified life coach, and certified youth mental health coach with a passion for empowering people, especially the next generation, to fulfill their purpose and live fulfilled lives. My mission is to guide individuals towards a purpose-driven life through impactful speaking and life coaching.

Before stepping into ministry, I served as a US Army communications technician and led teams at AT&T as a manager. My journey has also led me to become a three-time book author.

With 15 years of pastoral experience, I have dedicated my life to counseling, speaking, and listening, helping others navigate the complexities of relationships, societal challenges, and life’s ultimate purpose. My true passion lies in unleashing the potential of the next generation. As a substitute teacher, I have connected deeply with middle and high school students, inspiring me to author three influential books.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University, where I studied Business Science and Religious Studies, blending practical wisdom with spiritual insights. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in music and sports, and cherish the wonderful journey of 26 years of marriage to my wife, Detra, and being a father to our five children.
