Hi there and thank you for coming to look at my page.

I'm Kate, author of I will if you wont let me.

Leaving school with no qualifications, I'm am now an International sales Woman in the Fire Safety industry. But have worked in the construction industry managing multi million accounts. I also have a Coaching business helping clients build confidence in sales and im the Co Founder of a Business that recognises Women in the Fire Safety Industry and holds an Annual Awards Ceremony Life is busy but its all fun.

I am qualified in construction management but also an Accredited Master NLP Practitioner. Goes to show that you can learn later in life. At 53 im looking at my next educational challenge.

Im passionate about helping women who have got to a stage in there lives where they have got stuck in a rut and need to make changes.Believe me I have been in both of those situations. I have talked around the world and in different industries and coached clients from entry level to CEO.

I had suffered low self esteem and limiting belieifs throughout my life and wanted to show others feeling the same how i had manages to turn things around. I have been humbled by the response.

I donate to my local Womens aid from the book as it was a similar organisation that helped me back in the 1980s.

But guess what? I still have to push myself as I still am the young woman who left school with low self esteem and confidence. The difference is, I've leant to manage it.
