Anne Muccino

Anne Muccino grew up in New Jersey in a large Irish Catholic family, and had the good fortune to spend a number of years in Santa Cruz, California before coming to roost in the Kansas City area to raise her boys and complete her BA in English/Creative Writing at UMKC. Muccino’s debut novel, "Red Bricks," is reflective of her curiosity with what she terms ‘slices of life,’ shining a light on what is regarded as ordinary to reveal the extraordinary—how the everyday events of our lives mold the bricks of who we are.
