Suzanne Stanmeyer

The oldest and only girl in a family of boys, Suzanne grew up playing "Don't Fall into the Lava"* during commercial breaks for G.I. Joe, Transformers, and Batman. Even though she had a healthy dose of all things boy while growing up, she's been known to rock an evening gown and is always Miss Scarlet when she plays Clue.

Suzanne began writing as soon as she could hold a pencil and remembers scrubbing a lot of walls during her "Graffiti Period." Since that time, she has learned to use her writing powers for good. Her favorite books besides Harry Potter include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, A Little Princess, Ghosts I Have Been, and The Book of Three.

(* A game in which players jump from furniture and tables, around the room, without touching the floor because the floor is a boiling pit of lava that will kill you. If you don't have brothers, you have probably never played this game. It's awesome.)
