Patrice “Patti” Moore ARNP, MSN, RN, a lifelong Floridian, began her career in the nursing profession, where her commitment to service and compassionate leadership first took root. Patti, a pioneer in the hospice movement was Executive Director of one of the nations finest community based hospices and founder and owner of The Watershed Group, a consulting, coaching and speaking firm serving organizations and individuals across the US. Patti is passionate about empowering, uplifting and inspiring people to be their best in service to others.
