Johnny Bowers lives in the beautiful city York (UK)

I would not consider myself an author as such, although I am currently writing a book on “Cause and Effect” which is a spin off from a section in one of my Wellness Journals.

In my early years I had a great interest in physical fitness and strength training. Years in the gym gave me the knowledge to produce a number of fitness books and exercise plans, including training formulas for top athletes from around the world.

As you can see from my portfolio of titles I create a number of Creative Notebooks, Diaries, Journals and organisers.

I take great care and attention when creating new journals and organisers. I work out the mechanics to ensure it’s going to be easy to use, look great and work amazingly well for the user.

Being organised doesn’t just mean having a tidy desk. Being organised allows you to have a clear mind, and a clear mind is a relaxed one. In fact studies have shown there are significant health benefits of being an organised person, these include better eating habits, better sleep patterns, reduced stress levels and all round emotionally happier.

It’s very important to be happy, and I learnt this the hard way.

Life is short - Enjoy every moment because you never know what’s around the corner. I remember this every time I create a new Book for my loyal customers.
