Sharon R. Padgett is a Licensed Realtor Practitioner who has a passion for helping clients soar through their fears and hurdles in Real Estate transactions. She is the Founder & CEO of Mandy Properties Consulting & Management Services a Property Management company dedicated to providing everything there is to know about locations, property types, value, pricing, and building requirements.

During Sharon's 10-years of working experience with Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in the Housing and Resident Service, Real Estate Development Department. Sharon developed a keen interest and passion in the Real Estate field. Therefore paving the way and birthing her property management and consulting business. Being a victim and conquer of real Estate challenges, she decided to write her first book 'Protecting Your Real Estate Assets' with the sole purpose of using her life experiences to teach Real Investors, thereby delivering more potency and value to them.

Sharon R. Padgett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters' of Science in Business Management/Human Resource Management. She is personally known for holding onto her God fearing faith and beliefs-traits she applies in all her business deals.
