C F Smith

C.F. Smith (Charles), age 75, is a lifelong student of the Bible, earning an undergraduate degree in Bible and Ministry in 1970, from Southeastern Bible College, now Southeastern University, and a Masters in Education in 1999 from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. He has spent his life studying and teaching the Bible, in small church settings as a pastor, in Christian school classrooms as a teacher, and in small groups and classroom situations of a fast growing church in Savannah, Georgia. Charles grew up in Greenville, SC and married Becky Mitchell from Montgomery, Alabama in 1970. They have been happily married for 53 years, blessed with a son and two daughters, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild. The first 25 years of marriage, Charles and Becky served in pastoral ministry in small churches across the Southeast. Later, Charles enjoyed 20 years in the field of education as a middle school teacher. Now retired, (2016) he is writing professionally in order to continue his teaching career for the Lord. He and Becky began attending Savannah Christian Church in 1995, now called Compassion Christian. He began teaching an adult Bible class there in the late 1990’s and continues to teach that class along with a wonderful co-teacher in an alternating schedule.

His passion is to share the greater knowledge and wisdom of God through the Scriptures through Christian, Bible-based books. September 27, 2023.
