Joy Chen

I delight in the world as a writer, designer, and educator. I would be hard-pressed to pinpoint the exact moment in which I fell in love with words, but in the words of an impassioned 16 year-old me, “If I were to be reborn a thousand times, I would choose to be a writer in each and every life.”

I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Comparative Literature (English, Chinese, and Spanish) and certificates in Creative Writing & East Asian Studies. I currently work in education consultancy in Beijing, China.
