Sarah-Jane McKenna is my alter ego. I divide my teaching and writing life between theater/drama and Irish Studies. I've been writing about both for over a decade, and teaching for just a bit longer than that. My two most recent books are edited collections on Irish crime fiction. Dreaming in Irish is my first novel, but it won't be my last. The second Kate Doyle book, Traces of Irish, will be out in time for St. Patrick's Day 2019.
