I am an Australian, living in Brisbane Queensland,

I am a qualified lecturer, psychotherapist and facilitator, with over thirty five years’ experience. My BA. Degree (University of Queensland 1974) included a double major in Psychology and Political Science.

Now at age 83 I am semi retired but still writing and publishing books.

My specialist fields include core belief and inner self training, developing functional grown up and key life abilities, open communication and intimacy; overcoming blockages (sexual, emotional and negativity), self-esteem, boundary growth, repetitive self-defeating patterns, codependency and addictions.

My studies in relationship and personal growth include working and training with Dr. Hal Stone and Dr. Sidra Stone in Australia and the USA and three weeks’ internship at The Meadows in Arizona (with Pia and Pat Mellody).

I worked as a facilitator-therapist with Dr. John Bradshaw in Brisbane and Sydney, during Dr. Bradshaw’s 1994 Australian tour.

I also lectured at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, and conducted voice dialogue training seminars for Lifeline and other organisations, focusing on relationship, power and control issues and their effect on people at work and in relationships. In 1995 in the USA, I completed the Harville Hendrix course ‘Getting the Love You Want’. In 1997 I trained with gifted Russian energy teacher Sergei Gorsky.

I am the author of the Australian best seller ‘The Business of Communicating’ (McGraw-Hill) which sold over 100,000 copies. ‘Growing Awareness’ published in 2000 was a set text for students at the Australian College of Natural Medicine.

My latest books in the ‘Growing Awareness’ series are published on the internet and will be available later this year in print.

My training and counselling methods have been developed from the work of all the above teachers with additional specialist training, including Post Induction Therapy training (South Pacific Hospital NSW 1996) and accredited EMDR training in Brisbane in 1997.

Training programs I conduct today include Balancing Core Beliefs, Emotional Age Awareness Facing the Inner Matriarch and Inner Patriarch and Reconnecting with the 'real' you. My Core Belief work has been translated into German.

I also conduct personal one-to-one voice dialogue training, inner child work and counselling throughout the world over the internet.
