Lorna McLeod, PCC, is a coach and author who has personally faced and overcome numerous financial and money challenges. In her younger adulthood, Lorna thought she was bad with money. It wasn’t until she got the support of her financial coach and mentor that she realized that, far from actually being bad with money, there were simply a number of things about money management she didn’t know yet. So she rolled up her sleeves and learned what she needed to know so she could coach on this topic.
In working with her clients, she recognizes they are often baffled by money. She supports them to realize that to have a dynamic, successful career and personal life, dealing effectively with finances and being at ease with money rather than fighting it must be a top priority.
As a financial coach, she brings wisdom, humor and over 27 years of professional coaching and consulting experience to her career. Lorna’s clients learn how their relationship with money can become more harmonious through her Make Peace with Money program by addressing self-limiting money beliefs and developing effective skills in money transactions.
She guides people to examine their beliefs about money to see how they want their money to work to effectively fulfill what they want in life. Additionally, Lorna coaches on leadership development, workplace relationships, planning and implementation. Lorna has coached scores of organizations to grant readiness.
Founder of The Make Peace with Money program, Lorna is a Certified Financial Coach™ and Licensed Coach Trainer. `
She lives in far northern California between the redwoods and the Pacific Ocean with her husband and two cats. When not coaching and writing, she enjoys climbing trees (she's up one in one of the photos on this page), hiking, cooking with organic produce from her garden and the local farmers' markets, home-schooling her grandsons, and adventures with family and friends.
If you want to stop stressing so much about money and get on with what is really important to you, then this book and the Make Peace with Money program are for you. You can read Lorna's blog and contact her at www.makepeacewithmoney.com.
