Alain ANDREU

Alain Andreu is a French author born on April 21, 1968 in Soissons (France). He has a scientific and literary background (he works at the Louis Malardé Research Institute in Tahiti, South Pacific). Since his high school years in Reims, he has shown an interest in literature and other art forms (such as photography). His thirty years of laboratory experience have allowed him to study the interest and limits of medical biology assays.

In the 2000s, his passion for the work of Russian-American author Vladimir Nabokov led him to publish articles in the specialized journal The Nabokovian, published by the University of Kansas. He has also published short stories in the Polynesian magazine Tahiti Pacific. These works, as well as fantasy tales, have been brought together in a collection of short stories and essays, entitled "L'Affaire Bartholdi", in 2020.

Convinced that the failures of official medicine to cure and prevent the chronic diseases of civilization (osteoarthritis, diabetes, hypertension, overweight) are not inevitable, he is particularly interested in nutrition, micro-nutrition, anti-aging hormone therapies and all alternative medicines whose incredible effectiveness he has experienced on himself. Indeed, his 30 years of experience in the field of medical biology have led him to seek the path of a new, holistic medicine, treating the "cause of causes" and not the symptoms: functional medicine.

In 2018, he published "The Anti-Aging Diet, Reverse the Biological Clock" in which he analyzes the results of his research and experiments in the quest for better health, as well as a guide on hair loss ("Chauve qui Peut !") and a slimming program based on the precepts of Chinese dietetics and recent discoveries in nutrition ("Maigrir en 28 jours grâce à la diététique chinoise"). In June 2021, he published "Pleine Santé", an illustrated guide of functional and nutritional medicine, written in collaboration with Dr. Résimont, MD.
