Lee Strobel, Best-selling author of The Case for Christ and Is God Real?
“This book is essential. Ben Pierce has given us a gift by putting into a book what he and his family have been doing for decades—reaching the hardest to reach with the unapologetic gospel. Please devour this, wear out your highlighter, and put it to practice.”
Dallas Jenkins, Creator, The Chosen
“I have had the privilege to live such a unique life playing loud rock ‘n’ roll and touring the world for over two decades. Since I invited Christ to live inside of me and live His life through me He has connected me with His most passionate followers all around the world. I can honestly say that out of every passionate group of people I’ve met, my friends at Steiger are at the top of the list. In Jesus in the Secular World: Reaching a Culture in Crisis, Ben Pierce shares with us that very passion that he and everyone at Steiger walks in.
I’m going to ask everyone that reads his book not to read it like any other book. I highly recommend reading Jesus in the Secular World slowly. Drink in the spirit of what Ben is sharing, and be born again with a new level of passion for Christ that you’ve never had before!”
Brian “Head” Welch, Cofounder of the band Korn and New York Times best-selling author of Save Me from Myself, as well as Stronger and With My Eyes Wide Open.
“Do not read this book if you are looking for a safe, peaceful and complacent Christian life. This book will challenge you to step out boldly into a world that has forgotten about Jesus but desperately needs to find him again.
Jesus in the Secular World brilliantly diagnoses the cultural problems we are facing. But this book offers much more than merely intellectual answers. Ben has been living his faith out at the street level for many years. The eye-opening stories he tells from the mission field prove that Jesus is the only answer that really makes a difference in the world. But you don’t need to be at the cutting edge of global youth evangelism to benefit from this book. You just need to be willing to share good news with people around you. This book will light the fires of evangelism again for many people to reach a lost and lonely generation.”
Justin Brierley, Creator of The Surprising Rebirth of Belief in God book and podcast.
“While much of the Church is wringing their hands about the state of millennials and Generation Z, this book powerfully demonstrates how to move from anxiety to action, from criticism to compassion, and from religious words to powerful communication to an entire generation in need and at risk. My young friend Ben is a practitioner, not a prognosticator; he’s making a difference all around the world and he speaks the language of today’s culture. This book is well researched, theologically sound, experientially proven, and a roadmap and source of inspiration for those of us who care deeply about the next generation. I highly recommend it.”
