Susmita Mukherjee is a Kolkata-based author whose fiction, poetry, and screenplays explore memory, silence, and the quiet emotional textures of everyday life. A former teacher at Army Public School with over two decades of experience in hospitality and IT education, she brings discipline, resilience, and depth to her craft. Trained in Indian classical vocal music and holding a diploma in Multimedia, she weaves cultural and artistic sensibilities into her writing. Published in Indian Literature by Sahitya Akademi, Kitaab, Reflections, and beyond, her work has earned numerous accolades.
