Donna Longino

Donna (Barrett) Longino is a native of Marietta, Georgia (USA). After obtaining a BA and MA in journalism at the University of Alabama, Donna worked briefly as a journalist, then spent 30 years in Corporate America. She left in 2012 to travel with her husband, John, and chase her childhood dream of becoming an author. Donna chronicles their global travels in a blog -- www.lifeizgudontheroad.wordpress.com -- and published her first novel, "Sarah's Way," in 2018. She particularly enjoys writing and reading historical fiction because "history informs the present."
