William James Roberts

William James Roberts wrote The Yoga of Happiness because he saw that a lot of people don’t know a specific method for finding peace, for being at peace and super happy.

The method he presents in The Yoga of Happiness is really simple. The results are sure for those who learn and practice it. And so the book was born.

Everyone wants to be happy, but not everyone knows how to find happiness and hold onto it even in hard times. Discovering who we really are deep down is the guarantee that we will be able to do that. And the method explained in The Yoga of Happiness shows the way.

William’s life has been dedicated to a balance of silent meditation and active service for quite some time, and his insights into harmony and peace come from that grounded place.

He lives in the Detroit area, serves at a meditation center nearby, and continues his writings.
