Why should you consider my point of view?

• I am a graduate from Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. Also, I graduated (High Honors) from North Texas State University (now the University of North Texas) with a bachelor’s degree in history along with a double minor in philosophy and psychology.

• I was a full-time Presbyterian minister for over five years, where I developed a “street gang” ministry in Trenton, NJ. Later, I moved to Oklahoma where I served two small congregations and also functioned as the chaplain of a county hospital. Although I joined the business world, I continued to work with small congregations on a part-time basis for another twelve years.

• I had a visceral spiritual experience during my recovery from alcoholism and, for the first time in my life, came face-to-face with the difference between being spiritual and being religious. As a result, I haven’t had a drink in over thirty years.

• I am active in New Thought groups and/or congregations, as well as being a student of A Course in Miracles.
