Kathleen Morris

Award-winning author Kathleen Morris is a graduate of Prescott College in Arizona and lives and writes in the desert Southwest. She loves immersing herself in the lives of her characters, bringing to life charismatic women and men, both real and imaginary. Meticulous research and dedication to detail are the hallmarks of her work. Kathleen is a member of both Western Writers of America and Western Fictioneers, and judges entries for WWA’s prestigious Spur Award and Western Fictioneers’ renowned Peacemaker Award. Her own novels have twice been Spur Award finalists and she has won the Peacemaker three times. She has also ventured into contemporary territory, with two thrillers, Risk and Never Touch Down, both set in the American West.
