Kelly Andrew

Kelly E. Andrew grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, before moving to her current hometown: Milwaukee. In 2013, after a decade in the non-profit sector, she pursued her lifelong entrepreneurial dream by founding Filament Communication.

Kelly’s mission, to help independent businesses grow, was inspired by her volunteer work with Local First Milwaukee. Here, she learned that strong local economies depend on the success of independent businesses. Kelly has invested in the independent business community by honing her own Internet marketing skills, and building a team of talented, growth-minded marketers.

When she’s not helping businesses shine online, Kelly enjoys hanging around with her rescue cats, cooking, reading, and riding her bike around the neighborhood. Taking a break at her parent’s farm rejuvenates her brain, and enjoying craft-cocktails with friends lifts her spirits.
