Deon Newbronner

It all started back in 1987. I loved geography at school. I was the one my classmates came to for help. There was something else too. Somehow, I just knew how to help them. I didn't know it then, but I was helping them with more than geography. I was helping them realise their potential; this set the tone for the rest of my career.

I have held senior positions in large corporate firms and run small businesses over the past 25 years. I am a Master of Coaching Psychology. And I have helped thousands of global executives and small business owners use their stories and personal power to influence and build absolute trust.

The comprehension of the human experience drives me. I use this understanding to help individuals grow. As an author I do this through my books; assisting people to live their life purpose and use it for the greater good, or recognising potential by becoming confident with the craft of public speaking.

I continue to this work with children in schools in my latest book entitled: Launchpad. The intention of this book is to help them ignite their ideas and have an impact. Just like I was doing back in 1987 in geography class; helping us all develop our potential and make a difference in the world we live and work in
