Brian Gunia (PhD in Management, Northwestern University) is an associate professor at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. His research, which focuses on the simple ways that people can help themselves act ethically, negotiate effectively, and sleep sufficiently, has been published in several management and psychology journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. Brian teaches classes in negotiation and organizational behavior, and he previously worked as a consultant at Deloitte.
