Amber Harris

Amber Harris is an author and a teacher with an obsession for children's books. She holds the record for "most books borrowed" from Riddle Elementary School. Having three children gave Amber a fabulous excuse to check out a ridiculous number of picture books over the years. Even though her children are almost grown, she still checks out picture books—because she just can’t quit them. Amber began writing in 2014 with her first two books, Wisteria Jane and Bingo Did It, winning multiple awards and acclaim. When she is not teaching, reading or writing, Amber can be found working in the garden surrounded by her dogs and menagerie of farm animals.
