Janetius

Dr. Janetius is an Indian Psychologist, Researcher, and Author graduated from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He earned his doctorate in Counselling Psychology with a German Scholarship studying the ‘Emerging worldview and healing practices of Indigenous Cordillera People in the Philippines’ and classified their sickness as Pneumasomatic, a term used for the very first time in his Dissertation.

His continuous research has produced numerous unique indigenous, culture-specific models and concepts in the fields of psychology, counselling, and education. In the last two decades, he has worked in India, in the Philippines, in Africa and for a short stint in Australia, teaching and training people from various segments and nationalities. Currently, he is the Principal of an Arts and Science College in Nagaland.

He is a strong advocate of the holistic development of the person and an ardent researcher in the field of Culture-specific Education, Indigenous Studies and Human Relations. His creative techniques and innovative ideas coupled with his multicultural expertise in understanding human behaviour facilitate him as a fully dedicated and passionate Multidisciplinary Author and Researcher.
