Dr. Ken Foster

Ken Foster is a professor of agricultural economics at Purdue University (https://ag.purdue.edu/agecon/Pages/Profile.aspx?strAlias=kfoster). His research, teaching, and outreach focus on the economics of value chains in the food and agricultural industries. Ken grew up on a farm in northern Indiana where among other things he learned to keep his hands out of operating machines and to keep honey bees. He still manages a family beekeeping farm (http://www.wildcatcreekapiary.com) when he isn't teaching, writing, or conducting research.
