My interest in Business Administration/Operational Management dates to when I first started my transformational journey as a Manager. As a Power lineman by trade and by training, I have earned my trade certification which satisfies international accreditations, including Red and Blue Seal. My other noteworthy feats include my service to the Canadian Armed Forces: I have contributed three times to the Canadian Armed Forces and NATO contingency in Sarajevo, Herzegovina. 2001- 2003-2005. My brethren commended me for my stellar execution of the tasks and demands with which I was presented during his multiple tours. It goes without saying that; by pursuing a Doctorate degree within Business Administration, I would be satisfying a sec-tor of training and development which completes my personality profile and enhances my overall productivity.

In the field of Business Administration is the sector of innovative and inspiring leaders is rela-tively small. These are individuals who are successful in building relationships and establishing notable rapport or trust with anyone with whom they meet and interact. They are selfless, loyal, and committed to the highest performance and degree of customer service. Such leaders exhibit tenacity, endurance, and wisdom. They can create lasting connections and relationships, form reputable alliances, satisfy a foundation of strong partnerships, and move forward in the industry with a positive and optimistic attitude. Theirs is a philosophy and set of principles which I admire and which I aspire to embody and embrace.

Having a successful track record of managing or maintaining a growing company or oper-ation. I believe myself to be one such individual, among these leaders, whose driving force, en-durance, and commitment to high achievement sustains phenomenal results in collaborative ef-forts, partnerships, and other relationships. As an Executive Manager in the Business Administra-tion, my life and its aims are centered on his practice in this field. I maintain a wholehearted and self-determined approach to all projects or endeavors, exhibits sincere passion for delivering val-ue and benefits to all clients, and provided those with whom I work and interact with and a foundation of loyalty and mutual trust.

After twenty-three years of valuable management, leadership, and mentoring ex-perience, it was this venture that stimulated and inspired my thirst for further knowledge and wisdom, which I could then implement and apply to my practice. Since I have ample experience in sales as well as operations with a demonstrated ability to operate both at the strategic and tac-tical levels, and because I was so eager to continue my studies and research, the next logical step would be for myself to continue my education and pursue my Doctorate in Business Administra-tion/ Management.

I have contributed greatly to my team and clients by way of mentorship and leadership which caused them to surpass multiple company benchmarks and project milestones. Being ex-tremely skilled at adjusting direction mid-course by implementing new/revised processes and en-suring buy-in of those processes irrelevant of the timing of the change. I have repeatedly proven my ability to lead during adverse and challenging circumstances. As an Executive Manager, I’m a renowned agent of change and transformation with a reputed track record of accomplishments.

At present, I reside in Fort McMurray with my family. I will continue to exhibit top tier qualifications spanning the full realm of Business and Administration projects, providers, and clients. I will maintain value, cooperation, self-determination, and intuitive which are key quali-ties and characteristics of any great leader. No doubt in my endeavors in the areas of strategic planning, operations management, or building partnerships and alliances will serve me well in my continued work.
