Eric Upchurch

Eric Upchurch is a former Special Operations Aviation Crewmember who has a passion for educating and mentoring the military community, both active duty and veterans, on how to create generational wealth through real estate investing using traditional and military-specific strategies.

Eric grew up in central Iowa, moved to California with a friend immediately after high school, attended culinary school, then junior college and ultimately transferred to UC Santa Barbara where he met his wife. After graduation, Eric enlisted in the Army where he served six years in 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) and completed a Masters in Aeronautical Science in 2010.

Eric has been involved in Self-Directed IRA investing, first trust deeds, tax liens, syndications, live-in flips, traditional flips, multifamily investments, private lending and turnkey rentals.
