Steve Callahan

The books in the Kitty Wampus series attempt to detail what Steve has learned and observed as a special needs parent and occupational therapist. Though aimed primarily at teaching young readers about disability awareness and inclusion, he hopes these stories resonate with readers from all walks of life.

As an occupational therapist, Steve has worked with a diverse population of clients over the past 25 years including newborns and toddlers as a pediatric therapist, persons with brain injuries, and seniors in home health. He lives in Littleton, Colorado and when not attending one of the kids' activities also enjoys hiking, photography, chai tea, and dark beer.
