Nicolas Sternsdorff-Cisterna

Nicolas Sternsdorff-Cisterna is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Southern Methodist University and received his Ph.D. in Sociocultural Anthropology from Harvard University. His work focuses on the study of food, risk, and the anthropology of science, with a focus on Japan.
