Yuleidy Gonzalez Suarez

Yuleidy González Suárez was born in Havana, Cuba where she grew up. All the way through school she had excellent Literature teachers who inspired her to love reading, writing and the magical fiction world of the words. When she was 16 she taught Spanish Literature course to 10th graders, and it was an unforgettable experience. She took the sciences path graduating from Computer Science at Havana University in 2007. She's been a software developer ever since, but with a big increasing passion for poetry and writing. After moving to Canada, she published her first poetry book in 2014: "Poemas antes de tu llegada".

After the sweet taste of the first book, she worked with her friend Ana in her book: "Punto Cero". A collection of short stories about the life of the Cuban people of nowadays. She keeps her passion alive on her blog: "Fe de vida", where she's been sharing good poetry subjects for over 10 years.
