Eric LE GENDRE

A former executive in the automotive industry (PSA / PEUGEOT and VW / SEAT Groups), and also a former Entrepreneur in the environment, Eric Le Gendre is since 2012 an Executive Consultant, Mentor and member of Boards of Directors.

With nearly 40 years of professional experience, Eric is a born networker!

He has worked all over the world in his different functions (including the presidency of an international Think-Tank) and has been coaching Co-Directors and ComEX, business leaders and senior executives to better network (in-company interventions, individual mentoring, corporate networking strategy, networking plans ...). He has also given dozens of conferences (in companies, in networks, in CCI, in congresses ... in real life and in webconferences).

Since 2012, he also accompanies executives on their professional transition and reconversion.

He has conducted more than 160 individual mentoring sessions for executives, including several dozen in the context of their professional transition.

1. A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO EFFECTIVE NETWORKING

I had the great pleasure of co-editing and publishing "NEVER WITHOUT MY NETWORK" in 2018. This highly successful guide to effective networking has already been re-released in May 2019, as a Public Book, with the collaboration of LHH-Altedia and 400-Partners. It is also available on Amazon and FNAC/Kobo.

As of October 2022, the various versions and reissues of the book have sold over 8,000 copies.

2. PRACTICAL GUIDE TO RETRAINING

Thanks to my experience of several dozens of reconversion mentorships, added to my own personal experience (triple reconverted!) I have co-edited with Richard Lacroix the guide "REBONDIR, le guide pratique de la reconversion", also available on Amazon and FNAC/Kobo (January 2023).

3. CARD GAME

Passionate about spreading my best practices on networking, I co-produced and directed in 2020 "RETEA", the first French game on networking.

RETEA is a card game that allows you to learn how to network better, alone or with others, while having fun. 60 playing cards, in double-sided format (good or bad practice), divided into 3 families of 20, allow you to evaluate yourself and progress in a fun way.
