Dr Doc Howard Haller

Commercial real estate investing expert, Dr. Howard Haller, or “Doc” as his mentees call him, has worked as a broker, developer, lender, manager, and contractor. P. of Real Estate for United Artists/TCI, Doc acquired, developed, and managed real estate portfolios of up to $16 billion. During that time, Doc worked part-time on his own commercial real estate business, and built it to net cash flow over $543,000 a year.
