C. A. Hill

C. A. Hill talks to cats. Together they write hard science fiction as a lens on the modern intersections of technology and sociology. Our latest novel - A History of Humans Harvested - traces unsettling parallels between the ambitions of the East India Company and the corporate behemoths of the internet age, extending the comparison to alien “Intruders” whose imperial appetites mirror our own institutions. This might be the cat’s last collaboration as he is growing old and tired of human affairs. It’s also the 8th science fiction novel, and the 2nd since C. A. Hill retired from the surreal world of Information Technology. Going forward, the plan is to subsist on a carefully curated diet of coffee, chocolate, and kibble. The cat eats everything except kibble.
