Kim Arnold

Kim Arnold lives in upstate New York (by which she means not near the City) with her husband and menagerie of pets. She works as a teacher and sees writing as a way to teach even more people helpful things.

Kim is a serial crafter whose hobbies can be summarized as a quest to master the "old ways" of doing things. She especially likes growing food from seed, spinning yarn from fleece, knitting sweaters from scratch, and learning to make medicine from the weeds in her yard.

A life-long rock collector, it was only a matter of time before she developed an interest in crystals and crystal healing. Kim became a Certified Crystal Healer and Advanced Crystal Master after becoming a Reiki Master Teacher. While many people see these disciplines as "mystical," the truth is, anyone can master them. This book is her way to help more people learn to use crystal energy in down-to-earth, practical ways rather than letting those beautiful gems sit on a shelf and gather dust.
