The day I quit work, I took up writing, but really I'd been planning on doing that all my life--it's just that lots of other things got in the way. But the day I quit work, I decided that I would write or give it up.

I wrote four different stories, then, each in its turn, was revised. The first book I published , Enemy Within, won an IPPY Award.
