Bianca Molle

Bianca Molle gratefully taught in the public schools for thirty years and was happy this was her life’s good work, until she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. She now writes and coaches about how she changed her focus to help her body heal with the mind-body practice of Qigong. Her first book, "Reboot and Rejoice" traces her discovery of a form of Qigong called Wisdom Healing Qigong, and how she became symptom-free. In her new book, "Make Time to Heal: Qigong Practice Tips for People with Parkinson's", she offers lessons she has learned in her own journey and in her coaching practice.

"While studying this profound Qigong practice, I realized the unique challenges that Parkinson's poses on the mind-body, so I enhanced my practice so I could get more benefit." No stranger to challenge, she attributes her own discipline and innovation to being a parent of an autistic son and to being a credentialed teacher in both regular and special education. "From the work I had done for my son, I knew I was already skilled in asking questions and exploring research that complimented conventional medical approaches." Bianca studied in the United States and China with gifted Wisdom Healing Qigong teachers.

Raised in Queens, New York, Bianca became a teacher to help students enjoy learning and have purpose in their lives. Through her writing and coaching activities, she now strives to help others respond to chronic illness with new well-being and healing tools. "I still practice Qigong everyday, and I feel better than I have in well over a decade." www.mettamorphix.com
