Kaleb Schad

Kaleb Schad writes and illustrates fantasy and science fiction stories that explore the hard choices in life—from when to struggle and when to yield, to what it means to be a good person, a good father...a good killer. His characters are often on the wrong side of right, but somehow, painfully, try to find their way back. It's never pretty, often violent and even horrifying, but in the end, worth it.

He's always loved comics and illustrated stories, but wondered why it seemed only stories written for kids had beautiful illustrations in them? He set out to change that. Kaleb's stories are generally complex tales featuring characters who need to go through hell to grow — with illustrations every several pages.
