William R. Johnson (1973- ) was born in Chicago, Illinois, to American parents, Melvyn Leon Johnson, Sr. and Gale Johnson (Garrett). William R. Johnson, MA is an accomplished educational leader, author, entrepreneur, and ordained Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, dedicated to empowering individuals through knowledge, faith, and personal growth. With over a decade of experience in K–12 education, he has served in leadership roles including Principal, Assistant Principal, and Director of Specialized Services, impacting students, staff, and communities across Chicago.

Holding master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Special Education, William brings a unique blend of academic expertise and real-world experience to his work. His passion lies in helping others unlock their full potential—whether through education, financial literacy, leadership development, or spiritual growth.

A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Mu Mu Chapter, William is committed to developing leaders, promoting brotherhood, and advancing service within the community. These values are deeply reflected in both his professional work and his writing.
