Sean Stark

From trauma survivor to trauma-informed coach, Sean Stark brings his personal experience and hard-won knowledge to the life coaching field.

“People have three choices when they face traumatic events. You can be a victim. You can be a survivor. Or you can be a victor. There is only one choice that moves you forward. The others keep you firmly entrenched in the event.”

Sean’s holistic approach to life coaching encompasses not only mental and emotional wellness, but the physical and spiritual as well. His background in martial arts (30 plus years), personal safety program development and coaching as well as servant leadership enable him to provide the reader with practical tools for implementing life change.

A prolific author, Sean Stark is also co-founder of Firebrand Alliance, an organization focused on helping those who have little protection and even smaller voices by coaching in the areas of risk reduction, intervention, survival and restoration.
