Paul Perea

When he’s not working at his nine to five job, Paul can be found at his desk crafting the tales that make up The Witches of Arroyo Chronicles.

Paul was born in Corrales, New Mexico, and raised in Albuquerque. Although he physically left the desert southwest some years ago, his imagination still roams the bosque, dry gullies and sandy riverbanks of the Rio Grande valley. From childhood, Paul’s life was infused with the folk stories of the region, especially the tale of La Llorona, which is the inspiration for his debut novel, The First Circle, and the follow up, The Circle Broken.
