Dan Rizzo

This is the first book for Dan Rizzo. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC but has also lived in central Illinois for more than 10 year and was born | raised in Philadelphia. PA.

Now, divorced, Mr. Rizzo was married for 23 years with three children and four grandchildren. He started writing in 2000 as a means of putting on paper some of his feelings and | or observations regarding the happiness we feel when we have a love in our life and the pain we feel when a relationship cherished vanishes and leaves a hole in our heart. These writing were put on paper and filed away. One by one they accumulated until one day he visited at poetry site and began to share some of his poetry and through the site activities began to create additional work.

One of his contacts on the site talked about getting published and he tried. Now he has published his first work Matters of the Heart and Soul.

Mr. Rizzo is not a full time writer. He writes when he has time set aside to bring his feelings to paper or has the quite time to sit with a glass of wine and share.

His feelings are sometimes raw and cut to the bone so much you can feel the pain as you read and turn each page. His writing will bring to you places that remind you of the love you have felt, still have or wish you had a gain. When he shares feelings about the pain and sadness of lost love, it will help you relate to the feelings, the sadness, the pain and sometimes the loneliness of a lost love. His sharing can help you deal with your emotions.
