Between his years at Corporate America and running his own company, Russ has presented to hundreds of audiences across the country ranging from small businesses, Fortune 500 companies as well as parents and students on many different topics.

Witnessing the changing world as well as the academic and social challenges facing today’s youth, he created a college planning and placement company. His focus was to help high school students gain perspective and pursue their ambitions armed with the tools necessary to stand out and excel.

He shares his expertise, skill, determination, common sense, know- how, care and guidance to better students in all areas of development, help them achieve their personal and academic goals while also sensitively managing the expectations and anxiety of their parents. He specializes in relating to his audience by creating customized presentations and sharing targeted stories from his vast repertoire of professional and personal experience.

Russ believes that children are our most valuable resource. We need to cultivate them, model for them, teach them, learn from them and help them embrace their individuality to thrive. Russ lives in New Jersey with his fabulous daughter and enjoys life to the fullest. Russ is a cancer survivor which came unexpected as he has always made nutrition and exercise a priority.
