Marie O'Malley (aka Donna Carey) has published two fascinating books in the LOST BAGGAGE series, LA MADRUGADA and END TIMES. Both books stem from the same inciting incident of losing luggage in the Rome airport. LA MADRUGADA is written from the point of view of Sophia who returns to Mexico but continues to search for her lost luggage and END TIMES is a fantastical, mystical adventure from the point of view of Sophia's suitcase named Lucas who encounters the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse in the Rome airport. Not your usual End of the World story but well worth the read.
