FJ Roberts

FJ Roberts is an author of contemporary suspense romance, as well as other genres. He never thought of himself as a writer, just a great storyteller. With the help of a great mentor and friend, he has been proven wrong. Fans patiently wait for the next installment to the de’ la Marsh Series, as well as stand alones.

FJ lives in the lower region of Louisiana where the murky water meets the marsh and grassland of the south. Raised on the winding bayous of Houma, Louisiana, he is one of three children adopted to proud Cajuns from the area. Life hasn’t always been easy, but with determination and a little moxy, he has proven never to give up, never falter, and always endure.

Before writing, he spent his days, telling wild and imaginative stories to co-workers late into the morning hours while nursing at a local hospital. These stories and his gift of gab helped dispel the nights not only for the staff, but for patients, as well. Nursing continues to be a part of his life, but in his spare time, he enjoys writing, horseback riding, swimming, hiking through winding trails and dense forest and fields, and having intriguing conversations with his best friends.
