Leonardo Coutinho

Leonardo Coutinho is an expert on transnational threats in Latin America, specializing in corruption, drug trafficking, and transnational crime. Mr. Coutinho has made briefings at universities and to policymakers in South America and the United States about international terrorism hubs in Brazil, the Venezuela crisis, and corruption cases and investigations. He has testified before both the U.S. Congress and Brazilian Congress.
